Side 1 features the band's early, faster material and Side 2 showcases the developments towards a somewhat milder approach. Three of these later-era tracks are previously unreleased.

18 remastered/remodelled tracks from both their LPs, the Poulton Road EP and three never before released songs.
includes a 40 page 11"x11" booklet of never-before-seen photos, lyrics, flyers & liner notes.

Some copies came with a poster, a recipe book and an extensive band interview within an issue of Attitude Problem zine.

This compilation of songs was remixed and remodelled February-March, 2024, Heywood, Manchester.
Mastered in Melbourne, Australia.

Tracks A1 to A9 originally recorded October, 1988. Taken from '' album.
Tracks B1 to B3 originally recorded at The Whitehouse, Weston-Super-Mare on July 26th-27th, 1989. Taken from '' EP.
Tracks B4 to B6 originally recorded at The Whitehouse, Weston-Super-Mare on November 5th-9th, 1990. Taken from '' album.
Tracks B7 to B9 originally recorded in Wigan, date unknown. Songs are from 1992 and previously unreleased.
