- Page 24 portraits the band Saucer (3). However, the cover image shown is from Wicker Biscuit, another band from Bellingham, basically consisting of the same members as Saucer. Track 1-4 is indeed by Wicker Biscuit and taken from . Track 2-13 is by Saucer and taken from .
- Page 26 does not show a picture or a sleeve of the band Medelicious, but the front cover of the compilation , where the song is taken from.
- Page 40 shows the credits of Bundle Of Hiss, in which Tad Doyle does not appear. However, Tad Doyle can be seen on the band photo.
- Page 44 lists current band activities of musicians appearing on the compilation. Dan Peters, back then a member of Bundle Of Hiss (see page 40), is not listed. Instead Steve Turner appears on the list, although he does not appear on the compilation as a musician. Both are members of Mudhoney.
