Delivery & Pickups
We do everything we can to ship quickly. On the website you can see clearly what the indication is of when we can deliver an item. This has to do with our different stock indications. You will receive a notification when an order has been shipped. The order can then be tracked via the track & trace link.
If you have placed an order and have chosen to send it without track & trace, unfortunately the package cannot be tracked. It is sent as letterbox mail. The booking number you received is not an official tracking number, but a notification message from the shipping company to let us both know that the package has been shipped. Parcels to some countries abroad can take extra long, especially if they have to be shipped by sea. Packages also have to go through customs which can take a while.
As a specialty store, we think it is important to be able to offer items that are more difficult to sell. In theory everything that is for sale on our website is available. However, there are of course exceptions to this rule. Some items are imported from other countries and it is always difficult to predict when an import comes in. We order them from the distributor, but do not have any insight into the trajectory of labels, distributors, suppliers and carriers that precede them.
As an indication: on average, deliverable imports take about three weeks to enter. So please take a longer delivery time into account with imports. If an item is not available, we will notify you. We will inform you by email and of course refund your payment immediately.
An ordered item remains on order during the backorder period. This differs per item, but is usually 30, often 60, and sometimes even 90 days. Should the distributor fail to deliver the ordered item within that period or if it appears that a item is no longer delivered any time sooner, the order of that item will automatically be cancelled.
We will inform you as soon as possible by email. Then you can decide whether you want to try another item, or if you prefer to leave it at like that.
The delivery costs depend on which country the order is placed from. The delivery costs become clear during the ordering process.

If your order has not been delivered, we are sorry. Sometimes a little patience is needed. Also check the points below:
1. Check the received Track & Trace link. Check here if anything has changed in the delivery.
2. Check whether the delivery address, including zip code, is still correct.
3. The package may have been delivered to the neighbors without the delivery person having left a note.

You can easily track the package via the Track & Trace link in your mailbox.
Did you receive a shipping confirmation, but is your Track and Trace code not working? It usually only works on the day your order is going to be delivered. Is the code still not working? Please contact our Customer Service.
If you have chosen to ship without track and trace, it is unfortunately not possible to follow the package.
