Dactah Chando is back down on Echo Beach. The daydreaming surfer from the island of Tenerife is up on his board, aiming to make tall waves in the reggae ocean. Rob Smith from Bristol/UK is synonymous with progressive modern dancefloor-oriented reggae in all shapes and facets (dubstep, jungle dub, roots dub and drumnass). He is renowned for imaginative, lush production, on the new album he takes Chando in a different direction from Clara, the previous album.
