Two fantastic blasts of rockin pop from Rock beats own Gary Pig Gold. The A- side "Comin Up For Air" is an incredibly catchy pop tune with a slightly roosty flavor a la Buddy Holly. I havent heard this sort of thing done so well since round about Marshall Crenshaws first album. The B-side "Baby Doll" is a Ramones-style pop-punk number with a bubblegummy pop tune and shout-along refrain played at breakneck speed and backed with buzzsaw guitar.
