Andy Baumecker

Andy Baumecker, aka nd_baumecker, started his career in Frankfurt in the early 90s. He was discovered by Heiko and Ata from Playhouse, who hired him to work in their shop Delerium and gave him a residency at their WildPitchClub. This led to him working in A&R for UCMG Germany who gave him his own imprint, Freu_nd. Its fourth scheduled release (by Isolée) became the first on his current label, Freundinnen.

In 2004 Andy moved to Berlin, DJing at Berghain.
