Monorail Music in Glasgow UK distributed an exclusive edition (of unknown quantities) of the LP, the same US pressing but signed on the sleeve (inside the shrink) by band members Tracyanne Campbell, Kenny McKeeve & Gavin Dunbar. It is not clear that this edition was done by the band for Monorail (who have local ties to the shop), or by 4AD.
