Jean-Baptiste Quentin

French composer from the Baroque era, he enjoyed from 1718 as a violinist at the Paris Opera high reputation. His compositional output is quite extensive and includes mainly chamber music for violin and basso continuo, including trio sonatas, as well as quartet sonatas, which are also suitable for orchestra.
