Villains Live & Acoustic
In 1996, RCA released Villains, the debut album from a new alternative band called The Verve Pipe. Millions of albums later, behind the radio hits Photograph, Cup Of Tea, Villains and the #1 single The Freshmen, the band and album secured their place in music history. 20 years later, The Verve Pipe decided to celebrate this landmark release with a unique, one-of-a-kind performance by reimagining the album acoustically - all the original songs, in sequence, but different - more intimate, more accessible and more personal. Recorded at the world renowned Ann Arbor venue, The Ark to a sold-out audience, the result is both compelling and revealing - capturing a live performance that fully demonstrates the power and brilliance of the songs and this prolific group of musicians.
