The BLOODSUCKING ZOMBIES FROM OUTER SPACE titled their 2004 debut album in a slightly different form after exactly this statement by the "Night Stalker", as RAMIREZ was called by the press. It has long been out of print since it was first released on vinyl. On the occasion of the band's 20th anniversary, the band's own label SCHLITZER-PEPI has now provided a high-quality re-release, supplemented by the bonus track "Tear Out The Guts". Already with their first album, the charming Viennese horror rockers skilfully and easily combined musical styles such as horror punk, gothic, punkabilly and rock'n'roll and seasoned them with the obligatory lyrics of the horror genre. Even then, the ZOMBIES sounded astonishingly diverse in an aesthetically very limited genre - and above all like themselves.
