A Saving Whisper

with the preparations for "Neverlandscapes" beginning in 2011 things quieted down around the band - deliberately so, as the band members wished to take their time with writing a first album that could prove seminal for the band's future. In August 2015 the band began their month-long recording session with Jan Kerscher (e. g. MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY, THE AUGUST, AN EARLY CASCADE) at Ghost City Studio, with a firm vision for their sound in mind. Recording without click tracks enabled a more emotional approach in their songwriting and dynamic changes within songs. It also set a strong statement against the recent abundance of overproduced releases within the scene. A concept album, the progressive and post rock infused "Neverlandscapes" conveys an apocalyptic atmosphere throughout, as an analysis of societal, universal mechanisms and the disillusioning conflict between inner and outer world. A SAVING WHISPER - a whisper screaming for humanity in a noisy world.
