'Bekle Beni' is a symbolic album of Cem Karaca's asylum/exile years in Germany. The 1982 album was recorded in Tango Ibrahim's Studio which was established in a Turkish pitta restaurant in Cologne. Featuring famous rock guitarist Fehiman Ugurdemir who is known from his psychedelic arrangements he made for Selda and was a leading member in Baris Mano's, Ersen's and Cem Karaca's bands. Ralph Mahnhfer, Cengiz ztun and an anonymous drummer also joined the recording session. The album is a melancholic rock piece which describes Karaca's exile years with bluesy guitar riffs and analogue synthesizer mourning. Includes the tracks 'Ayrilik', 'Cemalim' and 'anakkale Iinde' taken from the cassette release 'Hasret', but not included on the 'Hasret' LP.
