This collection features a variety of two-steps, waltzes, and ballads recorded during the late 1950s and throughout the '60s by the accomplished Cajun musician Shirley Bergeron. Accompanied by his father's accordion and his own steel guitar, as well as fiddle and percussion, Bergeron performs a selection of traditional songs, in addition to his own compositions like "J'ai Fait Mon Idee," "Chez Tanie," and "French Rocking Boogie."
