- the original album, remastered from original sources
- a bonus "Live Forms" 10” EP with a "corona effect" that gives a unique pattern on both sides.
- a 20 page 10'' booklet with photos.
- The pressing plant GZ Media is not credited, and is identified by 15XXXXX / 26XXXXY stamped runout on each side of both discs. The remaining runout information is hand etched instead.
- Manufactured in Czech Republic.
- Tracks C1 to C4 are from and were recorded in October 2000 at Shepherds Bush Empire, London.
- Track D1 recorded 12th February 2003 for aol.com at Kampo Studios, New York.
- Tracks D2 & D4 recorded 24th May 2004 for XFM, London.
