"This is a cool little collection of lesser-known psych bands from Australia, with a (thankfully) broad definition of psych. Some of the best work centers around a kind of Paisley Underground influence, but there are also outre post-punk sounds and German experimental references, conventional OCS-esque moments and shoegaze pop, minimalist punk, and "swamp tango" and "war with the future." There are no low points. Wild Meadows "These Days" stands out to me-melancholy paisley pop that feels effortless and classic. I imagine everyone who listens might have a different favorite. Its that kind of record." - Razorcake January 2019
