George Mukabi
Fingerstyle guitarist, singer and lyricist of Kisa (Luhya) origin. Born in Kisa near Kakamega. In his short musical career he recorded less than 30 songs. He was killed in 1963.
He is often credited as "Marehemu George Mukabi", which is Swahili for "the late (=deceased) George Mukabi".
