Negură Bunget
Negură Bunget (translates to dark foggy forest) was a Romanian Folk/Atmospheric Black Metal band from Timișoara. Started its black metal presence back in 1995 (on the ashes of Wiccan Rede) as a duo: with Hupogrammos Disciple's on vocals, guitars and keyboards and Negru on drums. The band evolved during the years incorporating more ambience, atmospheric & folk elements into the music.
After a disagreement between Sol Faur Spurcatu, Hupogrammos Disciple's and Negru, the band decided to split-up. Contradicting the agreement, Negru decided to continue the project with a new line-up, and Hupogrammos Disciple's and Sol Faur Spurcatu have started a new project called Dordeduh.
Negru and Ageru Pămîntului established the Negura Music in Timișoara.
After Negru's unexpected death in 2017, all the booked shows have been cancelled and the status of the band had remained unknown for some time, until they decided to disband.
Following the disbandment, Ovidiu Corodan, Petrică Ionuțescu, Tibor Kati and former member Ștefan Zaharescu formed a new band called Sur Austru.
