Copenhagen Records

Danish label founded 2004 by Nick Foss, Mik Christensen, Christian Backman and Jakob Sørensen under MBO Group. Foss and Christensen left the label in 2008 to found Mermaid Records. In 2011 the parent company MBO was acquired by Universal Music. In 2013 Backman and Jakob Sørensen left Copenhagen Records. On January 1, 2014 Torben Ravn was appointed Managing Director.
