These recordings pull back a curtain to reveal the mysteriousworld of Syntoma and Mexico's early '80s underground. Foundedby Alex Eisenring in 1980, Syntoma made use of synths and drummachines and was driven by a freedom-seeking DIY ethos, butinformed by a "rock-jazz-prog-experimental" background.
